- Judgment, labels, or ultimatums
- Being told what to do

This coaching is for women who:
- feel confused or emotionally stuck in a relationship (past or present)
- have been gaslit, manipulated, or emotionally controlled
- feel disconnected from who they used to be
- struggle with guilt, shame, or self-doubt that doesn’t feel like them
- sense that love has required too much self-erasure
You do not have to be in danger.
You do not have to be ready to leave.
You do not have to explain or justify your story.
